Basic Policy

Miroku Jyoho Service Co., Ltd. (MJS) has a basic policy of disclosing corporate information to all stakeholders—including shareholders and investors—as fairly, equitably, accurately and quickly as possible. By doing so, we aim to enable their understanding of our management information, management strategies, and the state of our business activities, and to appropriately evaluate our corporate value.
Additionally, through sound communication activities with society at large, we aim to further enhance our corporate value by meeting our accountability obligations as a member of society, and building trusting relationships while promoting greater understanding in our company.

Information Disclosure Standards

MJS discloses information in accordance with the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act and other laws and regulations, as well as the Timely Disclosure Rules stipulated by the Tokyo Stock Exchange. Even when information does not fall under matters for disclosure based on the Timely Disclosure Rules, we actively and fairly disclose information which is believed may affect investors' investment decisions, to the greatest extent possible.

Information Disclosure Methods

Information that falls under the Timely Disclosure Rules is disclosed in accordance with the rules, via the Timely Disclosure Network (TDnet) provided by the Tokyo Stock Exchange. All information that we disclose is promptly posted on the MJS website. We also take care to ensure that information that does not fall under the Timely Disclosure Rules, etc. is communicated fairly to investors in an appropriate manner as needed.

Quiet Period

In order to prevent the leakage of financial results information and ensure fairness in information disclosure, MJS has designated a certain period of time up until the date of announcement of financial results as a "quiet period." During this quiet period, we refrain from making comments or responding to inquiries about our financial results. Even during quiet periods, however, when earnings forecasts are expected to change significantly during a quiet period, we disclose information as appropriate in accordance with the Timely Disclosure Rules.
