History

1977

Founded the company. Started providing computing center processing services to accounting firms.

1980 Changed the business model to the development and sale of office computers for accounting firms.
1983

Developed and released office computers to companies. Entered the SME market.

1989

Developed and released consumption tax simulation systems.

1992

Registered OTC stock with Japan Securities Dealers Association.

1997

Listed on the 2nd Section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange.

1998

Developed and released Windows NT-compatible ERP system “MICSNET” for medium-sized companies.

1999

Founded MJS Tax and Accounting System Research Institute as a think tank.

2001

Developed and released the ACELINK series, a network solution system for accounting firms.

2002

Developed and released the MJSLINK series, an operation and data integration system for SMEs.

2004

Launched a business information website, “bizocean.”

2005

Developed and released Galileopt, an ERP system for medium-sized companies.

2009

Acquired company-wide certification for “ISMS” information security management system.

2011

Developed and released ACELINK NX-Pro, an ERP system for accounting firms.

2012

Developed and released Galileopt NX-I, an ERP system for medium-sized companies.
Listed on the 1st Section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange.

2014

Released iCompassNX, a cloud IDC-compatible system for accounting firms’ clients.
Developed and provided cloud-based accounting and tax affairs application software for nationwide chambers of commerce and membership business operators.
Began providing Akinai Tetsujin EX, a cloud-based sales management system.
Established a capital and business alliance with Webcash, a Korean company, to build a new cloud service platform.
Founded a subsidiary that would support business succession and revitalization of SMEs.

2015

Began providing Individual Number management systems MJS My Number and MJS My Number BPO.

2016

Launched full-scale operation of “bizsky,” a cloud platform for SMEs.

2017

Developed and released Galileopt NX-Plus, an ERP system for medium-sized companies and MJSLINK NX-Plus, an ERP system for Small-sized companies.
Developed and released Edge Tracker, a cloud service for employees.

2018

Developed and released Okane-no Kanri, a cloud APP, and Kantan cloud, accounting service

2019

MJS completed registration as an electronic payment agency.
Commenced API linkage between MJS-Connect with other vendors' could-based software.

2020

Phased in the API connection of accounting and other services with financial institutions.
Made Transtructure Co., Ltd. a wholly owned subsidiary.
Strengthened cloud-based services by employing Microsoft Azure for MJS' financial accounting and taxation applications.
MJS made Tribeck Inc., a digital marketing company, a subsidiary.

2021

Developed and released MJSLINK DX, a cloud-based ERP system for SMEs.
Merged with Tribeck Inc ., a subsidiary, and BizOcean.

2022

Developed and released Galileopt DX, a cloud-based ERP system for medium enterprises.
Transition to Prime Market in Tokyo Stock Exchange new market segments.
MJS made BizMagic Co, Ltd ., which develops and
sells a customer relationship management/sales force automation system, into a subsidiary.
